Console Spawn Planets

Description
Tool for spawning planets with a specific diameter and position via console command. Allows for precise placement of planets with any diameter (including oversized planets).

For anyone that wants to create oversized or precisely-placed planets and can't/doesn't want to use the SEWorldGenPlugin for whatever reason. I made the tool for my own use, but I figure I'd publish it if anyone finds it useful.

Enter commands in the chat box with the tokens separated by periods in the form:
/CSP.PlanetSubtypeName.DiameterNum
or
/CSP.PlanetSubtypeName.DiamaterNum.PositionX.PositionY.PositionZ

Diameter and position values are all in meters. The position value corresponds to the center of the planet.

Examples:
/CSP.EarthLike.500000 /CSP.Alien.100000 /CSP.Triton.1200000 /CSP.EarthLike.500000.0.0.9000000 /CSP.Titan.500000.1000000.2000000.0

Somehow this messes up entirely planet spawn. Spawned in empty world a single ATA planet (Mercury) and it's entire surface is black unless you get to it's surface where it loads it.

the planets i generated dont have ore except rocks spawning above the surface, is that intended?

Nothing will happen to them. You can spawn more than one of the same planet. Entering that command will spawn another Pertam with radius 500km in the direction you are currently looking. You'll generally want to go into spectator mode and fly the camera over to about where you want the new planet before entering the code (if you aren't entering exact coords). If you enter it while on your current planet, it may spawn a bit closer than you'd want. Also, you can just delete any planet you spawn through the debug menu if you don't like where it is.

Hello there.
I'm a new in planet spawn. So, what is best practice?
Say, I'm load my already some time played save. With Pertam or something else. Lay on sofa on my base on the surface. And run /CSP.Pertam.500000.
What will happen with current planet? What will happen with my character, my stuff and my bases? What will happen with GPS markers and already spawned NPC wreaks?

not in this mod because Vrage 2 can't handle it, it's not build for things of that size but you can make a 1/10th

Can I make an earth the size of actual earth?

Just getting into making my own systems to play in. Thank you for this tool. Sooooooo much easier ;-)

Does this differ from worldgen in that after a save or two virtually all but a few chunks of a planet disappears or is that purely engine limitation.

All this mod does is call the normal built-in planet spawn function. The only special things are that it allows for spawning larger and more precise than the normal planet spawner.

Do the planets have more detailed information? Say you wanted a world with features or biomes from two or more worlds and wanted to create a custom planet to support both? Or a Hycean ocean super-earth? I think the devs are working on a procedural planet producer not too unlike that in No Man's Sky to tap into.
