Reactor Siege Suijin

Proof of concept Suijin version based on the RS (Nicknamed "Reactor Siege") gamemode found in the January 2023 TF2 dev repo leak.

This map is meant for playtesting, and likely doesn't play too well in it's current state.

The way this map works is like a weird mix of CTF and Attack/Defence.

A neutral intel spawns in the mill, which both teams fight over to bring to their own intel room. Once a team has captured the intel three times, they must defend the core in their intel for 90 seconds.
If the enemy team breaks the core be broken, the race for intel begins again.
Successfully defending, unsurprisingly, means you win.

Note: This map will NOT work properly without "sv_allow_point_server_command" set to "always".
This is due to the gamemode using CTF logic and capturing three times would otherwise result in an instant win.
