Outer Wilds Mod 1.1.2

My English is very poor.Be prepared for that.

A mod based on "Outer Wilds".This is the first mod I've ever made.There could be many bugs or algorithmic issues.Feedback is welcome.

Add a new character : Solanum. Add its own 75 cards and 2 derived cards.Add 13 relics.Add 3 potions.

Character's Feature:
Quantum card :Any cards has "Quantum" in its name.
Quantum attack type card can apply "Entanglement" and deal Quantum damage.
Entanglement is a DEBUFF applied to enemies.When an enemy who has Entanglement takes Quantum damage,it will take additional damage equals to the number of Entanglement it has.
Some cards has property of "Transition".They can put themselves or other cards from discard pile or draw pile into your hand flexibly.
Some cards' effects have something to do with your hand size.Their effects changes depending on your hand size.

1.Add 3 new potions.
2.Fix the bug of Ash Twin Transition Core can't refresh in the Arena.
3.Shrink the victory picture.
4.Change the RNG which cards use from miscRNG to cardRandomRNG.
5.Strengthen Card Quantization:1.5 -> 1.75;
6.Strengthen Card Eye Of The Universe: every 3 points -> every 2 points;
7.Strengthen Card Spring Gush: 5/8 Damage -> 6/9 Damage;
8.Remake Card Waterspout: put this card into your draw pile -> At the start of your turn,put this card from your draw pile into your hand;
9.Remake Card Quantum Embrace: for each enemy whose Entanglement >4,draw 1 card -> whenever you play 3 Quantum cards,draw 1 card;
10.Remake Card Quantum Form: Remove immediate effect.This card is ethereal now.At turn start,apply 1->2 Entanglement to all enemies.
11.Strengthen Relic Ash Twin Transition Core: can be used 5 -> 6 times.
