Hag Queens & Female Masters - Fixes+

Description
- Updated and fixed numerous problems of the original mod "Hagqueens and Female Masters (WH3)" by gooboo.
- Adds in the Cauldron of Blood, inspired by pizzatime, doing the same in his version "Hagqueens for Dark Elves".
- Fixes all units to be usable in custom battle, tweaking some of their costs.
- Updates their portraits to the correct ratio so that they don't appear stretched when recruiting.

Compatible with Variant Selector
Will work right out of the box with the Variant Selector mod by Marthenil.
It's not required to have but will work alongside it if downloaded.

Adds Hagqueens and Female Masters
- Hag Queens: A recruitable lord type for all Dark Elf factions, that acts like a generic version of Hellebron, that have very similar skills to her, but without some of her unique traits, and slightly less melee attack/defense. They are strong anti-infantry units wielding dual swords. They have three possible mounts- a Dark Steed, a Manticore, and the Cauldron of Blood. They also have the names of power that all other Dark Elf lords have.

- Female Masters: Is the exact same as a normal Master in game, but girl. Good for visual variety!

Cult of Pleasure and Khaine Cult have male druchi who practice magic, because there are not in direct Malekith control.

Lore wise any male wizard Elf would be a huge threat, although, they did have some Daemons who served Druchii and they use magic, and I guess it depends on ruler, Hellebron would be a no, while Morathi maybe could tolerate some of her slaves doing magic.

Lore wise yes, although it would be super cool to be able to recruit male dreadlords with some magic abilities. The Black Sun Fleet by Mortrau made a nice male LL with the same idea.

@Dark King TS , Lore wise there wasn't really male dark elf wizards except those that were around from the Sundering (e.g. Furion), as Malekith forbid male practictioners

@´EE`∞EternaL the original mod had almost no issues in battle, but a bunch of UI and text problems, custom battle stuff etc. and female masters were also missing items and the wounds ability that normal master have. As well as obvious table updates.
