I'm shocked nobody else has thought of this!
It's currently feature-complete, but I'm experimenting with a unique gameplay mechanic that I think is much cooler than what I've done. Once the semester is over, I can give it the proper attention that it needs.
In the future, I hope to put together a "World of Avatar" optional-addon mod that basically replaces and retextures the entire game to make everything in line with the Avatar universe. "Faith" becomes "Chi" (or something), "Horses" become "Ostrich Horses", gunpowder-related features get removed/replaced etc. And I definitely envision the walls of Ba Sing Se being a World Wonder.
it looks awesome, I can't wait to try this out. :D
