KX 2ACW Buff Game Rule

Description
If you feel like you want to play American Civil War or Russian Civil War, but you don't want to struggle with it, that's a mod for you! It will also allow you to fully appreciate the content of smaller countries that seemed too hard to play either now or in the future.
Credits to KaiserreduX team for their great mod and especially for that buff man icon which unfortunately isn't in the game now

Would it be possible to update this to include Mexico since they can also get involved in the 2ACW?

@donald.grape the buff is only active during the civil war, it goes away after the the war. There was already rule for it in ACW but only for major sides, i added the minors too and on that base i made "russian" version

How is this mod different than what is already built-in Kaiserredux?

Could you add this option for China and Spain too please? I'd love to play Spain and countries in China but I despise the civil wars.

I assume this requires Kaiserredux to work so you should probably add it to the "Required items" list thing on the mod page
