Improved Air Designer (EAW Comp. Patch)

Description
Now you can use Improved Air Designer in a mod about horses somehow love to eat cakes! EAW added and base game plane frames and modules are roughly scaled to Improved Air Designer's scale.

Added additional nose-mounted cannons and gunsight tiers.

Not compatible with eaw submod that edit plane modules e.g great feeling

Also not compatible with mods that edit these tech trees:BBA Air Tech Tree, Industry, Electronic

I just checked the base mod's decision file, it only appears if you're ROC and PRC tag or other China tags, I gonna nuke the file just in case

Another bug repport :
The chinese decisions file is modified in the base mod, making some decisions like "Join the United Front" appear in the decision tabs of most EaW countries.
Not really game breaking but visually weird.

air deesigner is added by By Blood Alone DLC.. No step back is tank designer...

fixed now, it seems the problem also occurs for rocket engines & normal jet 8x engines

Btw late tech jet engine dont work with any design because it doesnt count as a regular or jet engine so you cant make it

Just so you know, the rocket rail 1 are set as a 1937 tech instead of what I suppose should be a 1008 one.
It gives you a 929 years ahead of time penalty which is make it quite a late game tech.
