Improved Air Designer (EAW Comp. Patch)

Description
Now you can use Improved Air Designer in a mod about horses somehow love to eat cakes! EAW added and base game plane frames and modules are roughly scaled to Improved Air Designer's scale.

Added additional nose-mounted cannons and gunsight tiers.

Not compatible with eaw submod that edit plane modules e.g great feeling (Edit: Comp Patch is available now)

Also not compatible with mods that edit these tech trees:BBA Air Tech Tree, Industry, Electronic

it is same as original one I just port the respective country to the equivalent (e.g Italy to windbardy). The original one focuses on closely matching the real-life equivalent.

@Tal's plane template file are stored in history file and there are considerable changes with them (and I missed a bit in previous update)

actually it is unchanged from base hoi4 file, dunno why they did it lmao
