A Boost at the Start, and Some More! (ABATSASM)

Description
I figured I'd publish this fun little package I've been messing with for a little while.

So, what is an "ABATSASM", and where do I get one? Well, by subscribing to this mod, and I'll explain (and in a better way than my last mod...) what brilliant things this mod features, starting with:

New Stuff!

- The "Silent Path" has been added to the Merryweather, allowing you to truly play out your role as the silent protagonist that you are.

- The "Circle of Suns", and "Fran the Bicorne Hat" have been positioned by their rightful owners in Fort Joy - praise be!

- "The Watcher's Amulet" has been added into Fort Joy as a nose-ring to a statue? of a certain large-faced god.

- A Treasure Chest has been added to both the Fort Joy Beach, and the Merryweather. Atop it is a copy of a book relevant for Act Two, because my blind A- can never find it. Don't read it, or even pick it up, if you don't want to risk the potential spoilers. The chest contains some decent treasure, as well as a Source Orb (hopefully), so you can start making atrocities for your head in Act One!

Quality of Life!

- Any Talents that exist in the code which don't work have had an impossible requirement put upon them (required Level 66 - no in T9-speak) to not only put them at the bottom of your Talents list, but also to save you a headache. To even access these in the first place, you'll need "Divinity Talents Unleashed", which you can score off of Nexus here: https://www.nexusmods.com/divinityoriginalsin2definitiveedition/mods/335?tab=files

Tweaks!

- "Circle of Suns" now has a single rune slot, as well as befits you with the 'Demon' Talent. Get starting some fires! (In DOS2:DE)

- "Fran the Bicorne Hat" has been granted a single rune slot.

- "The Silent Path" shouldn't require 14 Dexterity to equip.

- "The Watcher's Amulet" now gives +3 Retribution (as opposed to +1), and also - you can guess - has a single rune slot added to it!

- All Staves (or Staffs) now give +1 to your Two-Handed skill, as well as to your Telekinesis. A small buff that should make them more favourable than dual-wielding wands, wand and shields, etc.

And lastly... the list of Adjusted Talents Requirements!

- All Skilled Up (ExtraSkillPoints) has its requirements removed.
- Anaconda (SpillNoBlood) has its requirements removed.
- Arrow Recovery (RangerLoreArrowRecover) requires Huntsman 1.
- Bigger and Better (ExtraStatPoints) has its requirements removed.
- Demon is now compatible with Ice King.
- Duck Duck Goose (NoAttackofOpportunity) has no requirements.
- Executioner is now compatible with The Pawn (QuickStep).
- FleetFooted (ActionPoints) requires Level 7.
- Fortune's Favourite (Luck) requires Level 4.
- Ice King is now compatible with Demon.
- Guerilla (SurpriseAttack) requires Sneaking 2.
- Mack The Knife (RogueLoreDaggerAPBonus) requires Level 69 because it's busted.
- "P-word for Cat" footer (AvoidDetection) requires Sneaking 2.
- Rosy-cheeked (ActionPoints2) requires Level 13.
- SwiftFooted (RogueLoreMovementBonus) has its requirements removed.
- The Pawn (Quickstep) is now compatible with Executioner.


... and if any has a requirement of Level 66, that means it doesn't work.
