How to enable fullscreen
Go to Steam Library > Right click on the game > Properties > Installed Files > Browse > and find the all Fallout4Prefs.ini files


and change the commands to this:
bBorderless=0
bFull Screen=1
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920

And do the same in the Documents > My Games > Fallout4 > Fallout4Prefs.ini
You need to do this in EVERY Fallout4Prefs.ini file!
