Enhanced Weapon Stats for RealRTCW

This mod makes all weapons more "realistic" based on actual data, as well as what I think would make sense. All pistols have tighter spread and faster fire rates. The Sten gets warm, but doesn't overheat in a single magazine. LMGs do nearly as much damage as the rifles of the same caliber, but are still very inaccurate.

As you can see, FG42 go Brrrr, but when scoped, it is still controllable.
