Add larger miner HE and armoured cruiser Heta

Compatible 6.20 and (when I write it) beta 7. no vro version planned yet.

Miner HE and cruiser Hêta, are a trial project from the xenotech department of the Ministry R&D.
Blueprint are jealously keep secret, but we know these models come from reverse engineering and/or conversion of xenons salvaged ships. The industrial process is still not normalised.It imply expansive cost and time consumming constructions. However the more important is you need to be very friendly with the ministry for they accept you join trial and buy these ships.

HE is a fast bulk carrier able to act both as sloid miner and freighter. It is rumoured it had been able to store gaz, but this feature is absent from the current model. Some say it is because it is considered as unsafe. Xenons themself dont use gaz, so such configuration had never been tested. HE load is avaerage for a miner, and good for a freighter. It is main qualities are speed and versatility.

Armored cruiser Hêta can be considered as a giant destroyer. Despite its 5 engines she is not able to reach very high speed. Armement include 2 guns, 10 large turrets, 20 mediums and around 30 drones. Hêta have a sturdy hull and impressive shields, that is probalby the result of the usual Teladi policie ; survivability over speed. Due to his size and armour the Hêta is not very agile.

Both ships are highly automatised, and require limited crews. It seems to be a xenons legacy.

nota ; teladi bridge on both ship had been chose to insure v6.2 compatibility. Do not hesitate if you notice bugs or have suggestions.
