Civilization Ability: Obsessive Mahjong Playing Effect: Each unique district (Mahjong Campus, Mahjong Soul Temple, Richi Theater, Mahjong Quarter) in a Mahjong Soul civilization provides +4 Food to domestic trade routes originating from its city.

Mahjong Table Unique Building, replaces Monuments, granting an additional +2 Culture and +2 Production.

Mahjong Academy Unique technological district, replaces the Campus District. Provides +2 Science when adjacent to Mahjong Soul unique districts, doubling the bonus if adjacent to identical districts. Also grants +4 Science when serving as the origin and destination of domestic trade routes.

Mahjong Quarter Unique district, replaces the Entertainment Complex, providing +8 Gold when serving as the origin and destination of domestic trade routes.

Mahjong Soul Temple Unique district, replaces the Holy Site District. Provides +2 Faith when adjacent to Mahjong Soul unique districts, doubling the bonus if adjacent to identical districts. Also grants +4 Faith when serving as the origin and destination of domestic trade routes.

Richi Theater Unique district, replaces the Theater Square District. Provides +2 Culture when adjacent to Mahjong Soul unique districts, doubling the bonus if adjacent to identical districts. Also grants +4 Culture when serving as the origin and destination of domestic trade routes.

Leader: Ichihime

Leader Ability: Terminal All-Simples Nomi Blitz! Effect: Ichihime gains an additional 13 times Production when building districts in cities with populations not exceeding 4.
