The Horizon Defense Force (HDF) (OPFOR) is the standing armed forces of the Horizon Islands, being equipped with a diverse arsenal of technicals, jeeps, tank destroyers and attack helicopters. As America has gone and China has come, the HDF has managed to build itself into a strong force to counter the Syndikat guerrillas.
