"Sure sweetheart, what temperature do you want?"
"Uhh, absolute zero is good!"
Does it come with a wall variant? Just to make it even more powerful :D
What do you mean deletes? Did you think about heat teleportation? All it does is magica- ahem, it simply teleports heat elements, well, ummm, elsewhere? Space? I think. Anyways, that's it.
Cold is the absence of heat, a cooler removes the heat (energy) from the air and transports it elsewhere.
Energy is never lost, only transfered.
Heat transfers to something colder than itself.
So this theoretical device has to have an theoretical infinitely energetically empty substance or material that "deletes" energy instead of storing it and then dumping it elsewhere. if a person where to touch such a substance, the heat in their body would eventually vanish.
Take this with a grain of salt as this is just coming from basic classes in school. Not an expert.
"Ummm, Quantum Technology?"
Apparently, the real answer seems to be lasers (through laser-cooling). Just as fun imo to say "ummm, lasers?"
