Are you open to suggestions for mods/tweaks in the game?

I like lukeh_ro's mods. I'm more inclined to add a non-aggressive egg-layer alternative, and try and make that easy to tame and breed, and prolific in any region.

I'm not blaming it on the mod.

I actually read everything AlphaAsh typed, speficically the part "If you've ever used any of my mods for KSP or Stellaris you'll know this is just the beginning."

So, since the developers are aware of the problem and have not fixed it in a year, I'd imagine he could give it a go.

@AlphaAsh, the mass extinction of Gujo's in early game is a vanilla thing, not related to the mod. However yeah it's annoying, especially considering there is mods that add stuff that require feathers or eggs as an example and those are almost impossible to get when all the Gujo's have killed themselves and not respawn and/or migrate. If you can fix that it would be great, as it is now I tend to just use the cheat mod to spawn them in myself and tame them that way.

I had a game that I tamed 5 of them, and they all died at level 10 of old age without breeding even once

That happens with all aggressive animals, specialy Gujos.

They attack other animals who fight back, but they don't respawn, and even if you research taming quick and tame them, they breed absurdly slow, sometimes don't even breed at all.

I've not seen this issue.

Please consider fixing spawning of animals.

Some of them don't respawn, ever, and their vanilla behavior causes them to go extinct before in less than two weeks
