Anyway it's a problem because currently there is no framework, if I have a handful of modders using my thing, they will have to update my .dll when I update, otherwise all of our stuff conflicts. Serina is currently working on UI, there's no date set for a framework release for the enlistment feature but it'll come out sometime.
When its out, you'll be able to pick and choose your own enlistment features, but even if you don't the enlistment framework will have a very basic and blanket system that works on all factions in the world map. I'll always encourage people to make mods cause it's a blast, but in this case, I'm not saying "no", you're just gonna have to wait till we release the framework.
