A Source Filmmaker port of a ghost model made by "sneakysnacks" on Open3DLab: https://open3dlab.com/project/30446/

The original model had a very high vertex count. I used a geometry decimation function to lower it for the Source engine. I also had to adjust the weight painting to make up for Source's three-weights-per-vertex limit. Joints may still have jagged bending, though.
