there's no built in support yet for animating overlays (eg. thrusters moving, flaps opening, etc.) but I'll add it at some point
you could add support for it through c# cause the superclass is set up for that kind of thing, but there's no pre-existing class for that kind of stuff
(3 months ago but there was no update on this type of things since)(i think)
you would theoreticaly need to create an engine separate from vehicle expanded which is absurd
