Quoting my own comment for anyone who needs the explanation;
"With the Ideology DLC you can have Relics that, after a long set of quests, can be obtained and put in a reliquary (or used if the relic is a weapon) and they give mood and certainty boosts to your followers. This mod makes the Wall Light a possible relic to choose."
