After reviewing the code, it's all kinda shit. So I'm rewriting it.
This is your warning that you may lose your states. I might have the update pushed out today.

When I add a new file, sometimes it replaces a old file. This is annoying when you want the save files for different people. Please fix this.

Wiping as in using the "Wipe Save" red button? Yes, you'll retain all states. Save Genie uses localStorage for its saving and loading, and the states aren't apart of the game's save data (the string you get when you click Export Save).

Now, if you use the "Clear LocalStorage" button in Save Genie, you'll wipe ALL data. This includes your save data, and all SG states. Keeping manual backups in text files is the safest way to not lose your progress. Having said that, the game can still write to the localStorage for your save data, so cleaning localStorage shouldn't wipe your save necessarily, unless the client crashes before a normal game save occurs.

Question: if you completely wipe your save, will you still be able to go back to a save state you made before wiping?
