(SDX) Puffer MK2

Description
-Re worked my original Puffer to utilize the compressed H2 tank
-Added two additional torpedo mounts (You will need to add torpedo mounts manually as the game deletes them from the projection) (There are 2 on top and two on the belly of the ship)
-Re worked piping inside to make repairs easier
-Added two additional reactors

This is a ship designed for use in the Sigma Draconis server.
