[GM] CS:GO Custom Maps Port

A bit of CS:GO now in Gmod!

Nothing should be required as it should all be packed into the bsp. There are three maps: "gm_de_nova", "gm_dm_apartments", and "gm_dm_ravenholm".

• Three maps in one pack; one based on Ravenholm, one based on Nova Prospekt, and one based on the City 17 Apartments.
  
• Locations are redesigned with props and textures from CS:GO.
  
• Lighting mimicking CS:GO.
  
• Good for screenshots or vibes
  
• Navmesh and nodegraph on all three maps

While in the Gmod Sandbox mode, any dead bodies, blood stains, activated map scripts or other changes can be cleaned/reset using this: Pressing Q -> Utilities -> Admin -> Cleanup -> Cleanup Everything

I tried to keep things as similar to the original CS:GO maps I made. However, do to some differences between the engine branches, some minor things have changed. The biggest being optimisation. Nova and Ravenholm had to be worked on a bit more in that regard. Some minor audio and lighting elements have also changed.

Otherwise, everything else should be roughly the same. Including all the many spawn points for players!
