Adds «Resume game» button to the main menu.

I'm unsure how to start a new game with this mod on, short of removing it and playing the game normally. Is there a way you can make a solution for this? Thanks!

clashes a bit with "Xenotype And Ideology Buttons TitleScreen" resume game button replaces xenotype button.
