Alternative Beta Charger Sounds

The following mod replaces most of the Charger's default sounds with those that go unused in the game's files from the early days.

This mod has been done before, twice in fact, one was uploaded by user EEEN and one was uploaded by user Lochlan. The first mod requires you to rebuild audio cache in order for it to work and the second one used to work just fine without having to do that, but has been removed / delisted from the Steam Workshop for a few weeks now and has not been reuploaded or made public again since.

I asked a couple people to see if they perhaps had a backup of the latter mod but to my luck no one had it so I did the next best thing, make my own version that also works out of the box.

This is neither a fixed reupload of EEEN's mod nor a reupload of Lochlan's mod, this is my own version that I put together in a couple hours that tries to resemble the version that is no longer in the Workshop but should work flawlessly without having to rebuild audio cache.

Since this is a soundmod this is compatible with everything Charger-related (custom models, retextures, etc.) except of course other soundmods that replace the sounds that this mod replaces.
