Description
Ozai leads the Fire Nation in Albatt Ross' Avatar: The Last Airbender series.

Relive the Hundred Year War as the great Phoenix King Ozai and reclaim the glory of the Fire Nation.

"There is no right or wrong apart from what the Fire Lord decides. Who they choose to defend deserves to be defended simply because they chose them. What they choose, by definition, is right."

Leader Traits

Phoenix King
+2 Movement for all units for the next 10 turns after declaring a Surprise War. +4 Combat Strength if in a Golden Age.
Act of Providence (Leader Agenda). Likes civilizations who are in Dark Ages and pose no threat. Dislikes civilizations in Golden Ages.

Civilization Traits



Hundred Year War
+20% yields from plot harvests and feature removals in cities. +1 Culture to each coastal Bonus resource in cities besides the Capital. +2 Culture to improved coastal Strategic resources in these cities. Units are immune to damage from forest fires and volcanic eruptions. +10 Combat Strength for all units for the next 5 turns when a Meteor Shower occurs.* * Requires Maya & Gran Colombia Pack



War Balloon (Unique Unit)
Fire Nation unique Industrial era light cavalry unit that replaces the Cavalry. Slower but can see further. Has 62 Bombard Strength instead of Melee Strength. Ignores enemy zone of control and all Movement penalties.


Prison (Unique Building)
A building unique to the Fire Nation. Can be constructed in Industrial Zones and Encampments for long-term production yields or immediate access to certain Great People.

If you haven't already, I also have Kuei's Earth Kingdom on the workshop. Currently working on Water Tribe which, once I have more time soon, should be ready to release soon.

i think prisons should add loyalty and prevent stagnant production in captured cities, i feel thats more appropriate. kinda like the courthouse in i think it was civ 5. it synergizes more with the rest of his kit

@Drudicta I can't seem to recreate the error so I can't reasonably assess what the issue is. The only thing I can think of is that there's some sort of overlap in the notifications system (given the game notifies you when a Meteor Shower occurs in the mod), so perhaps any mods that also send notifications might stop the issue? I wish I could help more, but without being able to properly recreate it, I'm at a loss unfortunately.

It seems to only do it on Archipelago, and only if I've discovered snow tiles. I do have a few mods enabled.

@Drudicta Do you have any other mods enabled? Are you able to reproduce this error so I can test it myself?

So I just tried this mod on Archipelago, and every turn it says that a barbarian encampment spawned in the furthest north tile I've discovered in the arctic.

CHANGELOG (v1.1)
Changes
- The War Balloon now replaces the Cavalry, no longer providing the Observation Balloon's boost to siege weapons. Less movement than Cavalry but doubled Sight and has Bombard strength
- The Prison now only grants a Great Person if there isn't already a prison in the city (i.e. one Great Person per city).

Fixes
- Certain abilities have been split up based on any DLCs they require and will only load if the player has that DLC enabled.

@Imbored Yessir! Got tired of looking at all those beautiful but empty maps. Updated Fire Nation to be released soon with some fixes/optimisations before I get to work on the Earth Kingdom!
