Added more leaders to the mod "Auzr Lane-Royal Navy Civilization". There is currently 1 leader added: Vampire.

Leader's Ability: Vampire's Kiss
All units that deal damage will regain 50% of the damage dealt, and all military units gain the "Vampire's Kiss" unit command. When launching a pillage, it will reduce the Population of the pillaged city and you will gain Science and Culture. the city will also lose Hp. Gain a Builder for every 3 units you kill.
Agendas: Blood Feast
Will launch pillages whenever possible. Civilizations that are happy to see pillaging of enemy cities and loathe civilizations that don't initiate pillaging.
