I don't quite understand how to translate Chinese slang into proper English. I'm sorry if it offended you.

This is a module that mainly describes some groups known as "伸手党" in China. These people are selfish and only ask for things based on their own needs. They justifiably believe that other people should help them, but they never Not thinking or respecting others.
I believe that other countries will also encounter such existences, so after meeting such guys several times, I chose to make this mod. This is an entertainment mod, I hope it can make you happy.

At the beginning of each round, if other players' cities build the same buildings or wonders as the civilization's cities, the civilization will collect productivity based on the population of these cities. If the collected productivity (each person provides 10 productivity points) can be complete If the conditions are not met, the building or wonder currently built by the civilization will immediately gain the collected productivity (each person provides 1 point of productivity) ).

All current units of this civilization will lose 1 mobility point every 10 turns. However, any player who completes municipal or technological advancement will receive the same municipal or technological advancement (there will be no prompt at the moment). If the civilization succeeds in free prostitution, all its units will gain 1 point of movement and 5 experience points (the movement may be reset after upgrading depending on the game version).

At the beginning of each round, the economic expenditure (maintenance fee) of the civilization will be equally divided among the surviving civilization players (if a player does not have enough gold coins, the civilization will take away all his savings). The civilization will gain faith with the same value as the total economic expenditure (maintenance fee).

All cities receive sewers for free (a detection is triggered at the beginning of each round. If the civilization’s city does not have a sewer, it will receive a sewer for free), and sewer housing increases by 999.

Cities will not generate war exhaustion. Civilizations at war with this civilization will gain three times the war exhaustion mood and will not be able to wage war against this civilization. All cities in this civilization will always have the largest territory.

The technology, culture, gold coins, faith, and productivity of all cities are -50%, but food is +250%.
