Adds 11 Weapons, 3 Accessories and 1 Shield to the game that scale based on character level.

The 3 Accessories can be found hidden in the Spawning Meadows and the vendor for the 12 other items can be found in the house leading to Gran's Basement.

Each item is generally worse for straight offense or defense than anything you can find at any given level but their ability to scale with you leaves them as continual options throughout the game. Most of the items have a general useful utility. They may make the game slightly easier by lessening how much money you'll spend throughout a run on weapons.
