OWB ERX Interstate Highways

Description
(Best to start a new game if you want to use this submod)
ONLY REFORMIST

Are you the Enclave?
Have you ever wanted to ride a car on a highway while shooting raiders with a fat-man?

If the answer is yes, then you're in the right place!

With this mod, after you completed the focus to Rebuild America, you will find new focuses to build the Interstate Highway System of America! Each segment you rebuild will give you bonuses in the related states, the main one is the division speed, so your army will be able to deliver democracy faster!

The images are from Zachtou74 submod, Enclave Reborn Redux, that you need in order to use this submod!

I tried to make the highways as precise as possible, and some of them are almost the same as today, but with others i was forced to change a bit the path as many times they went on a bridge and that particular province didn't have a strait.

There are some segments that could have some states in common. Technically i saw that if you select and complete two decisions that add the modifier to the same state, it doesn't get added two times.

If you find errors, think that the state modifiers are too high, or other things, tell me here!

It was working on my *existing* save game as of yesterday 1 June, with OWB-ERB-RBR-ECR.

So, this mod is a great idea and well done. Just a little feedback, take it as you will. 60 days per rebuild feels a bit long, I've finished off the Legion and almost finished the WashBros and haven't been able finished just one of the California highways.

I don't know if this is possible, but having a map mode that displays what can be rebuilt and what has been rebuilt (with highlights for the applicable states) would be rad. It might also be helpful for non-Americans, or even some of us Americans. I know the Interstates in my state and some others, but I don't know them all. Yes, you could just google it, but the in-game map mode would be so much cooler. Again, don't know what it would take, this is just a suggestion.

Also, is it possible to allow you to rebuild the highways if the states are controlled by your puppets/allies? As above, just an idea.

Overall a great mod!

Also wanted to let everyone knows that i got two reports from some friends saying that the mod is not working. Currently i'm out of town until july and i won't be able to fix it, if true. If anyone encounter the same problem (the focuses don't appear) you can switch to the focuses+ one that currently work and the only change is that, with that one, you don't have custom focuses but unlock everything after completing the "Open Road" focus. Sorry for the problem!

update please, makes focus times longer at the start for some reason

That definitely seems like an improvement, because at a certain point it really does take too long to be worth doing.

obviously the three new categories would still be unlocked by completing the "From the West, with love" focus

I can look into the Mexican faction thing, while about the fact that lots of highways are in the west coast category its because 5 out of 9 highways originate from southern california, 1 is in the mojave territories, 1 is in new reno while the last two are in Arizona. What i could do is to divide them into three categories: in category A you would have the mojave + arizona highways leaving us with 5 highways that i would divide into North-West Highways that have the I-5, I-15 and I-80 while the I-40, I-10 and I-8 would be in the South-East Highways category. This should hopefully balance them
