One of the Prototype of AK-12, but this one came in 2015 and people called it AK-15, just my thought, I could be wrong

yea I appreciate for the help with the info tbh, and yes, in the original port someone said it was from the game WW3

I'm going to hazard a guess and say that this "AK15" model came from World War 3 (A now free-to-play game by The Farm 51), at least as far as MaxPresi's port of it to Insurgency makes it appear:

Just in case you do want to know that sort of thing. I couldn't tell you where the audio specifically comes from, though.
