Description
1. Reduces production cost of carriers
2. Increases carrier optimization limit to 5 instead of four
3. Reduces carrier overstacking penalty when 5< carriers are in a task force
4. Sortie speed increased
5. Base strike doctrine as well as other naval doctrine upgrades pertaining to aircraft carriers were upgraded.
