A smaller drill for reducing the size of your mining ships.

The block is similar to the vanilla drill except for the greatly reduced size, as well as small changes to the stats. The drill costs considerably less than the vanilla drill and mines a smaller area. This drill is also treated the same as a regular drill for the drill 'weapon' selection, so it activates when using the vanilla ones, and shakes quite a bit due to the reduced weight.

The block fits in a 3x3x2 area, and when I make a large variant it will fit into a 1x1x1 area.
