Jollibee

Jollibee is a fast food chain based in Manila, Philippines and was founded in 1978. They mainly serve fried chicken, burgers, spaghetti, and various dessert items. They have over 1,500 locations worldwide and are found in Asia, North America, the Middle East, and Europe.

The Jollibee branding can be removed by clicking on the building and giving it a custom name. Color variation is on the building Stucco. This allows for a custom building you can create by adding other sign props and color.
