[RGON] Gelehed's Apollyon Revamp - Void Beam

Description
Are you tired of Apollyon? Is the fact that his only gimmick is starting with Void a bit bland?

Introducing the Void Beam! This new attack will damage enemies as long as they are in the wake of Apollyon's gaze!
Every hit also has a small chance to spawn 1-2 blue flies!

The beam will deal 2% of Apollyon's damage-per-second each tick, meaning that both your Damage stat and Tears stat will affect the beam's damage.
The chance to spawn blue flies starts at 0.5% per tick, and increases by 0.2% per Luck.
Your Range will increase the distance the beam will travel.
Your Shot Speed increases the travel speed of the beam
The beam does not care about Speed. Sorry, but you're getting 2 stats up per Void anyways.

i know the portal spawning with devoid is intentional, but it spawns too many portals to be balanced when used together.

@Gelehed i have a mod idea, it's a mod that adds an item called Devil's Bling, when picking up it spawns 200 Satans. its very stupid i know. :resmile:

Can you make this an item for a separate mod, this is like the best directional damage thing I've seen made yet.

toasterkittens, it's intended. the beam deal damage per tick and the portals have a chance to spawn each instance of Apollyon dealing damage to enemies
