UU - Minion
Replacement of the Worker. Cheaper and works twice as fast, but only has 1 movement.

UB - Dr.Nefario's Lab
Has more up keep than the Research Lab it replaces, but provides +15% Production to air units. Land and Naval Units built here are given the Despicable promotion, giving enemies around that unit -15% less combat strength.
