Filth Creates Trash

Add-on to Vanilla Recycling Expanded - you need to have it installed and enabled!

The idea for this mod is quite simple - cleaning filth off the ground will produce trash, which you'll need to properly take care of.

Ways in which trash is generated (configurable):
- Pawn sweeping floors
- Rain cleaning filth (off by default)
- Cleaning trash bins from Vanilla Furniture Expanded
- Self-cleaning floors from Vanilla Expanded Framework or Biomes! Core (off by default)

The majority of the trash will be the most basic trash. However, there's a small (configurable) chance to get a rare type of trash (like stabilized alloypacks). On top of that, some types of filth are guaranteed to only produce specific type of trash - biological filth will (in general) produce reclaimed biopacks, while chemfuel puddles will produce reactive chempacks.

Includes built-in compat for a selection of mods.

Not sure why, but this mod isn't generating any trash when pawns clean filth for me. Only the VFE bins are actually generating trash

@xayc If you use the mod "Some Things float" the trash might float away off your map.

Could you possibly make regular trash rot in water? I'm dumping garbage into the ocean (as God intended) but its just stays there.

@Reishe not really going to happen, as this mod relies on the trash from VRE. I don't really see myself changing this unless there's another mod adding any sort of trash like VRE, as I don't plan on adding trash in this mod.

This mod works really well, but I am confused on what to do with all this trash from cleaning the base. How do you guys get rid of your trash?

The mod looks super interesting. Thank you. I am also interested in a version without the VRE dependency. I just want cleaning filth to make trash that then needs to be hauled and dealt with-- probably just cremated. I think that alone would be immersive and fun to watch.
