RoN / Ready or Not MPX with MWII animations

Description
About:
MPX imported straight from Ready or Not, model and textures. Replaces the MAC-10 or silenced / surpressed smg with
M82A1's MWII BAS-P animations. Modern warfare 2 's bas-p was a lil short in comparison to RoN 's MPX so i had to tweak the animations the best my no animation knowledge ah could.

Includes:
• High poly view model (~50k verts) ! may cause crashes !
• Lower poly world model for crash prevention (~15k verts)
• Custom reload and firing sounds
• Inspect animations
• Custom HUD icon

Replaces:
This MPX replaces the suppressed smg / silenced smg or MAC-10.

Distribution:
I don't see why you would as this mod isn't even that great but I wish to not have this MPX re-posted with simple but not limited to: porting to another gun edits, replacing sound edits and etc, as these are quick and simple edits I am more than happy to make and post. Replacing sounds is a preference thing and if done should be kept personal as such. Edits like animation swaps and texture replacements are more than welcome as long as I and the relevant people are credited. You may credit me as rxsta or shmelly.

Well, looks like I had the same issue like others too. Whether I'm using the compressed or the original one, it'd crash the game either way. BUT, when I put this mod together, it didn't crash my game, but the textures and models are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. I think one of the comment is right, it probably had something to do with v_models or vmts. So yeah, basically I can't publish the compressed version if it's basically broken. I have no idea how to fix it too, and you are probably too

it allows the game to use more ram. anything beyond 750000 has caused a lot of issues in my experience tho.

@shmelly What does -heapsize 750000 does as a launch options?

you guys can try putting "-heapsize 750000" on the launch options and see if that helps as that's what i have..

I think the reason for the game crashing may be that the model is too large. I don’t know which update has caused many people to have the problem that the available page pool cache or object details will cause the game to crash once the available page pool cache or object details are turned up... Man, this makes many good mods have become unusable

i also got the same crash problem, but when im experimenting writing on texture vmts $nodecal "1" the game start normaly
but then when i try to grab the weapons the crash happen again, so i guess it must be the v_model who causing the crash

if you mean your game is crashing then it might be because of the high vertices count this model has.. i personally haven't experienced any crashing since making the mod but i guess that varies from pc to pc. If that's not it then maybe you could show me what's happening because i can't paint a picture based on what you're saying.
