[Toast] Quality of Life

This mod simply let players enjoy their games with a better Quality of Life for Multiplayer and Singleplayer games.

- Be able to change rival more often and without any cost.
- Be able to call an unconditional surrend at the start of the war.
- Ai will not be able to send unlawfull territory interaction to players.
- Not losing prestige/trust/defender of the faith while dishonoring a call to war or doing fast peace deals.
- Be able to vassalize Ai with more than 100 dev.
- Lowered malus for disinherinting or abdicating.
- Be able to ally someone even with -200 relations (for players mostly) and support indipendece.
- No cost for abbandoning PUs and Vassals.
- To integrate a PU you only need to wait 20 years instead of 50.
- No additional AE in the HRE.
- Can transfer 100% of trade power.
- Ai will call uncondittional surrend after 5 months while being fully occupied.
- Max war score gained from the war goal is not 40% and his monthly gain as been encreased.
- Slacken has been buffed (This is a TEST for now).
- Decreasing a CoT will not cost any prestige.
- Decreased mana points for assoults, barrage and naval barrage for forts.
- Decreased Mercantilism cost.
- Can do Size Land and Call Diet even at war/while having rebels.
- And little more...

OBV this mod is not Iron compatible.
