Needless to say, sailorcat's watchtower mod is required:

This mod enables Watchtower to grant 1 stack of fortification, helping with scout survivability and providing more combat values in general.

i actually never done that before but ill look into with my spare time... which wont be any time soon unfortunately cus my finals are coming up X_X but most likely will be maybe late june X_X
