Blue Entrance Zone

Description
Re-colors the orange walls (and signs) of the Entrance Zone to be blue.

Made this to learn SCPCB modding. If you run into any problems, let me know in the comments.

NOTE: Incompatible with other mods that replace textures miscsigns.jpg & miscsigns3.jpg!

Just checked it out, they kinda do!
Mainly made this addon because of Project: SCP's entrance zone, though! :tobdog:
