► New Smalls Civilians PM
This addon is a restoration of the old PMs "smalls civilians" created by Smalls. I simply updated the heads to nicer textures and added full support for PMs male_10 and male_11 which was non-existent in the original addon.
All credits obviously go to Smalls for his base which I modified

You have a total of 141 usable PM. There is no NPC or custom hand however sorry.

To people who want it to be an NPC: If you have a mod called "Model Manipulator", take the model of the pm, & Manipulate it to a civillian NPC

It would be nice if there was a version of this that had colorable tops. That'd be useful for getting more variety out of the shirts and jackets in this pack.

There's also an HD Cheaple model that would have worked and is more faithful to the original Cheaple than the one in this pack, though I imagine you'd need to get permission from Sregor to use it.

Sorry if this comes off as super nitpicky. I appreciate that you're working to make this pack better and more accessible.

Is this compatible with the original or should I uninstall the original and use this as a replacer for that?
