Description
This is a second version of the map from the south of Russia. Route between Tuapse and Veseloe stations with branches to Sochi Airport and Rosa Khutor. Now it's extended to Suhum station. Timetable now is imaginary, inspired by a schedule during Olympic Games. Between Sochi and Adler there are 7 suburban (they have 60** numbers) trains in a hour, 2 to Airport Sochi, 2 to Roza Khutor and 3 to Imeretinsky Kurort (5 times a day they go further to Suhum). Also 3 long-distance trains in an hour is planned (list of them is taken from 2023 real schedule). 3 times in every 2 hours suburban trains go from Sochi to Tuapse, one of them is an express train. For suburban trains in every direction there are dedicated tracks on almost all stations. For example, in Sochi trains to Roza Khutor depart from track 7, to Airport from tracks 4,5 (they are on the one platform in real life), to Imeretinsky Kurort from tracks 2,3 (also on one platform). In real life some tracks are without platfrom: they are Vodopadny#3, Lazarevskaya#1, Dagomys#2, Matsesta#2. Stations 5 km, 13 km, 21 km, 34 km has no passenger service. Stations *Aux and *Ent do not exist in reality. Stations between Velesoe and Suhum and *Depot stations are schematic, they can also be not so close to reality. It is a fully automated version, in fact you don't need to do anything for the trains to reach their destinations. The main purpose was to represent the timetable which was created based on some real-life parameters like times between stations of some technical break in the night. This map is like a co-product of the timetable. You can just observe how this timetable works, maybe disable some automation and try to do some imaginary tasks. There is also a version with some automation disabled, when your efforts are needed to fulfil the schedule. On attached pictures you can see this schedule in graph view (though there can be some discrepancies compared to what you can see in the game). If you open them in a browser on a separate tab, you can view it in a full size.
