Vanilla Books Expanded Skill Learning Automation

Description
Make your pawns learn from books by themselves!
Adds new workgiver which makes pawns assigned to Bookworks read books for every skill with at least minor passion. Pawns will start this work only if daily xp for skill is less than 3k to avoid learning penalty.

Includes optional setting to replace VBE chair selection with one that picks closest sittable thing, excluding thrones and toilets.

No of course it doesn't work for 1.5 because Vanilla books Expanded doesn't have books anymore
Books are a base game feature now, and, VBE just expands on them by adding book writing
