Description
If nothing is spawning, please type this command in game chat (pressing Enter):
/MES.SPI
(press Enter again to send the command).

You should see message "Chat command Spawn Request Sent"

And start seeing the spawns.

Some people report that using MES Settings mod makes things much better (haven't tried it myself yet)

P.S. Thanks to Fallen Angel who tried it and informed that with this mod spawns appear faster.

Also, if you find terrain is too rough to drive, try adding Smooth Voxels mod.

Enjoy and huge props to Splitsie and everyone involved for creating this awesomeness!

Start new game, community content, pick this?

Is there any place that gives instructions to use this?

Attempting to start my own local "scrapyard survival" after playing on friends world. He's setup on Satreus. I can't seem to get started - have all the mods Splitsie talked about, but nobody says how to get from "subscribed to mods" to "playing on Satreus or other planet designed for this mod.

Saying "use f10 and "just spawn it in" doesn't work for me. Though I've subscribed to this and Satreus - there are zero new planets to spawn in - only the default ones... help?

McOrigin I heard Splitsie said it's gonna be working in space as well. If you try it, please kindly provide a response here for others.

Really loving this version of the mod / szenario. Got a nice little base on a large "lake" and collecting stuff an palettes is great.
Got a frew questions, though: If I ever make it to space, is MES going to spawn stuff up there too? Just scrap grids or "live" commercial ships too?
What a bout other planets? I saw some several other planets with the 3rd person camera, is MES going to work there as well?

Well, it was hard to find stuff. I am saying this because the planet was empty, I was just starting. So no wrecks or other grids were preventing new ones from appearing. I found that strange. Because on the default Scrapyard on Pertam, which is a great challenge with its landscape, grids appeared regularly even when I was not looking for one from day one. Thanks for replying btw

Greywolf dunno why it isn't working for you. Here everything works as intended. Maybe try to verify game files integrity in Steam

Well, this mod needs more love. The wrecks and ruins do not spawn for me. I move around for 10 min in a straight line and nothing appears. I am forced to use the /MES.SPI command to actually spawn something which the mod should do and not the players. Actually, the mod should execute that very command after loading a game or starting a new with a timer like 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

Jakobsen you cant change it to online on first start but if you save and load it you should be able to switch when loading.

I've been trying to get this setup as a true offline save, as I currently don't have internet on my desktop. I keep getting errors of corrupted world or paint gun throwing an error bc it can't access the mod info as it's currently in use (?) .. even when using my phones wifi to start a game, then going offline and reload, it will say the world is corrupted and can't be loaded..

is there a setting so the random things despawn after a set amount of time
