Yes there is a relatively extensive ruleset. You can find it on our discord server https://discord.gg/XVanhY2r . A lot of things are still very messy with this mod, which is why I consider it version 0.XX. It's still very much in active development.

Is there any ruleset for mp? Also some countries have multiple paths for them, while still in the same alliance. Is this intended?
