Hello, apologies for late reply.
Unfortunately, Galaxy Map QoL refuses to work when Trade Routes are enabled.
This is an issue I'm unable to fix, and (I think) authors of those mods are no longer active.

It's automatic, no config needed.
All you need is to have faction pack(s) enabled( Main Menu > Mods )
and applied on save file ( [ x ] Override mods on Load, if applying on existing save )
Just like vanilla faction packs. The only difference with X is that it applies packs to all factions, not just one per pack.
If you're not sure why/what's not working - you can try Brankor faction packs just to check if it works.
As long as your Faction Pack is valid, and working in Vanilla.
"XT: Global Faction Packs" forces all base models to be replaced with enabled faction packs.
Just note, Faction Packs can be enabled on existing saves - but already generated Factions will not change.
