[SDX] Planetary Tower Post

Tower-style plantary base/outpost with lighting. Uses the H2/O2 gens from the Sigma Draconis Expanse modpack, but is otherwise vanilla and can be converted to a vanilla BP with (hopefully) minimal effort.

4 Warfare Large Reactors w/ Exhaust Pipes

Overhead and Floor lighting on each floor, grouped according to floor.
Spacecraft Avoidance paint and red strobes.

Does not include connectors for docking to ships or rovers, it'll need the owner to install according to their needs. (Recommend a spacing of at least 3 blocks away from the structure)

Does not include habitat or pressurized working environment, owner must install according to their needs (and style).

Does not include stairs or ladder, owner must (yeah you get the idea).
