Beskrivelse
A quaint countryside that is for the most part untouched by the war, if you ignore the bunkers on the cliff, and the ravaged beachside...

Loosely inspired by World of Tanks Overlord map, with adjustments to suit sandbox needs

Suitable for vehicular combat (ACF, ACE, WAC, or whatever else) and general sandbox shenanigans, not so much for roleplay since most of the houses are not enterable. In some spots there are good sight lines but it is still possible to navigate without being seen, to allow for flanking and other potential close quarters vehicle combat. All hedgelines are non-physical for purposes of movement and combat as well.

Has an old stone road that circles the countryside with dirt pathing reaching everywhere else, tank traps on the beach to deter invaders

By the beachside, there are two enterable tunnels with 10 isolated buildzones each, for lag-free building. In the middle area there is a smaller bunker that is also covered by areaportal.

The map is also nav-meshed and has a nodegraph (hopefully)

I figured I'd try and make a map after a long time not doing much, so have at it.
Has assets from Half-Life 2, Day of Defeat: Source, and Half-Life 2: Episode 2.

All of the world textures are either Half Life 2 or Garry's mod, only things from Day of Defeat would be some of the models on the beach

Cool map, but I cant see any textures, and I have l4d 1/2 and day of defeat installed and yet it still shows no texture

There is an .ain file packed with the addon, but Im unable to set the version number of it to match the map version so if you have "ai_norebuildgraph 0" then it will always rebuild a new empty one, as I used a tool ingame to place them as opposed to placing hints in the editor

Looks like the AI nodes don't actually work. The .ain file size is 1 KB. Other than that, great update!

Yeah, me too. For some motivation, just know that there are people who care about your map and think it is great. I love how large it is and the overall layout is great when I use the Day of Defeat: Source SNPCs and set up spawners and flags for a conquest. Me and my friend spent a couple hours just solely doing that, and it was a lot of fun.
