All right, I did check - there are no issues with Mining Carriers.
Installing valid Mining Subsystem to a Carrier will instantly allow fighters to mine hidden asteroids (in scanner range at least)
And it's still related to Carriers, right? Thanks, got little less time now but I'll get to it.
I'll check Carriers again - but the only change it should make is - Carrier has to have Mining Subsystem installed, with Material detection higher, or equal to resources in given sector.
Hidden asteroids were always "invisible" to AI without mining upgrades.
But you might have found a bug, so I'll check.
