Hoodie Rochelle

Adds a hoodie model from Cuba's College Hoodie Zoey to Rochelle.

This model was more of an experiment for me. It made me realize that I suck at modelling clothes.

The wrists on the viewmodel aka first person arms are fine but the ones on the world model were so bad that I sought the help of tomaz. With his help they now look pretty decent.

This model is incompatible with any other Hoodie reskin mod that was for Zoey's one. I've left a reskin directory in the qc file: "models\survivors\producer\skins\". Feel free to add your own retextures.

I've added a custom hoodie texture, featuring the Depeche Mode logo to make it more lore-friendly. I've actually been listening to their music while making this and I now understand why Rochelle would wear their merch, cuz their music is really good.

I've used Cuba's Jiggly Rochelle as base, so this model will have all the jigglebones from that model, including attachments jigglebones.

Feel free to make edits of this model, just make sure to credit Cuba, as well.
